Kevin Lalonde, President, A high-energy, strategic, customer centric and sales-driven senior executive with over 30 years experience in retail. Kevin was recently Chief Operating Officer of eXtra, Saudi Arabia (largest home electronics "Big Box" retailer in the Middle East) recognized as the #1 fastest growing retailer, and 12th fastest growing company of 100 in Saudi Arabia by the "2010 Global Competitiveness Forum". Kevin has also held senior level positions with 3 of North America’s top retailers – Wal-Mart, Future Shop/Best Buy, and Loblaws. He was a 3-time President’s Club Award winner at Procter & Gamble Inc.. Prior to establishing Accelerate International Inc. Kevin was Vice President of sales at Bell Canada a Telecommunications Hardware & Services Provider and Retailer of Mobiles, Internet, Landline telephone, and Satellite TV services.
Kevin’s unique combination of manufacturer and retailer progressive experience in consumer packaged goods and electronics industries has enhanced his ability to develop a vision for high return strategies which strengthen a company’s market position.
Don Maggs, Principal, is a Canadian leader in developing organizational capacity through coaching individuals and teams on how to maximize their potential. Don has spent 31 years with Procter & Gamble working in Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Retail Operations. Due to Don’s wealth of knowledge he was given the assignment to assist North America’s largest retailer grow in Canada. Don specializes in training and development, as well as personalized coaching.
